1. Services Provided

The B.U.K.K.Y. Approach provides digital advertising consultancy, account protection, ad targeting infrastructure, and account recovery services for Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). We act as independent consultants and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. Account Recovery Policy & Payments

For clients utilizing our Disabled Ad Account Fix & Reactivation™ or Account Recovery & Reinforcement System™ services, the following specific terms apply:

Non-Refundable Base Fee: The base review and initiation fee (50% of the total quoted cost) is NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of the outcome. This covers the time, research, and manual labor required to review the disabled asset, build the appeal framework, and interface with Meta support.
Balance Payment: The remaining 50% balance payment is strictly due ONLY when the account has been successfully recovered and access is restored.
Timelines: The standard recovery timeline is between 3 to 14 business days. However, depending on the severity of the restriction and Meta's internal review queue, this timeline may be extended. We do not guarantee exact timeframes as Meta's internal processes are beyond our direct control.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information necessary for us to perform our services. This includes granting necessary access to Business Manager accounts, providing authentic identification if requested by Meta, and ensuring you have the legal right to manage the assets provided to us. Failure to provide accurate information or necessary access may delay or prevent service delivery without refund.

4. Limitation of Liability & Guarantees

While we possess a high success rate and utilize proven frameworks, we cannot and do not guarantee a 100% success rate for account recoveries or ad performance. Meta retains ultimate authority over their platforms. We shall not be held liable for permanent bans, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption resulting from Meta's decisions or platform changes.

5. Confidentiality

We respect the privacy of your business operations. Any proprietary information, ad strategies, or account credentials shared with us during the course of our services will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of fulfilling our service obligations.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
