Account Recovery Policy
Timeline: The account recovery process typically takes 7 to 20 working days for Disabled Accounts (within one month) and 3 to 7 working days for Suspended Accounts. We will provide weekly updates throughout this period. In some cases, accounts are recovered even earlier.
Payment Structure: To begin the recovery process, a 50% upfront payment is required. The balance is to be paid only when your account is successfully recovered.
Refund Policy
If we are unable to recover your account, 30% of your initial payment will be refunded. We are committed to doing everything possible to recover your account and keep you updated at every step.
